About Us
We are a family owned restaurant, Executive Chef Dave Wuollet and his business and life partner Veronica Bartlett re-opened the Klondike October 3, 2008. Wonderful food snobs, we wanted the restaurant to be cozy atmosphere, family oriented and above all fresh homemade food.

Dave and Veronica’s courtship was were we learned of our great love for all foods wonderful. It wasn’t necessarily the excotic that we adored, we loved cleverly excuted, fresh and flavorful food. We loved watching food programming and watched Iron Chef and Chopped as if we were watching the most exciting football game ever...with cheers and groans.
After a failed attempt at community living we came away with the theory that one should live an integrated life with work and home, so owning a restaurant together were we could involve our children fit the criteria perfectly. You can see some our children working in the restaurant, or sitting in corner booths doing homework. We are so grateful that we are accessible to our children at all times.
